Please note this is an outdoor event, please plan accordingly. Although there will be some outdoor lighting for the event, we highly recommend each vendor plan ahead and have some source of lighting or illumination for their booth. Vendors can bring their own generators if power is a necessity for their setup.

Space is first come first serve. Space availability is limited. Registration Fees paid to the church are a considered a donation to the church for the use of event expenses and ministry purposes. Since Registration Fees assist in paying for advertising costs Registration Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. We aim to have a wide variety of vendors at our event, however in some cases there may be like vendors at the event. You fully agree by completing this form, Vendors, Volunteers, and their guests fully release Emmanuel Church of the Nazarene, its Pastor, Staff and volunteers from all liability in the event of an accident or injury.
